Each sheet is conveyed to the printing unit, where, under pressure between the impression cylinder and the plate cylinder, the ink is transferred from the plate to the surface of the material, forming clear images and text.

Adjusting Pressure for Material Thickness

The pressure must be manually adjusted according to the material thickness and plate elasticity to ensure sufficient ink transfer without damaging the material.

Drying Process (Optional)

If using inks that require curing (such as solvent-based or UV inks), the printed sheets pass through a drying unit (hot air, UV lamps, etc.) to quickly dry the ink and prevent smudging.

Sheet Collection and Finishing

The printed sheets are delivered to the collection table by a conveyor system, where they are stacked and organized manually or by a semi-automatic mechanism, completing the entire printing process.
